	HARMONY RIDGE PROPERTY OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION (POA)

The regulation of the Harmony Ridge Property Owners’ Association has now been turned over from the developers to the property owners. The Board of Directors is as follows:

Ron Reiser, Vice President
Heather Stokley, Secretary
Ted Crabtree, Treasurer
Clarence Montgomery, Director

POA Dues: Annual dues for all properties in Harmony Ridge are $200. This will be billed in semiannual increments of $100 due March 1 and Sept 1. Please feel free to e-mail your Board of Directors at HarmonyRidgePoa@yahoo.com with any questions.

ATTENTION:
Please notify our office at 649-7796 PRIOR to selling your property so the Title Company may transfer POA membership to the buyer at the close of the sale. The Title company will negotiate POA dues from settlement at closing.
